Process
This is the part most white-label partners don't show you. Here's exactly how we run a project, start to finish.
The four-step sprint
Scope
We review the brief, ask the questions that matter, and confirm scope, timeline, and price before anything starts.
Build
Your project moves into an active sprint. We build against the agreed scope — no surprise additions, no scope drift.
QA
Every build goes through a structured QA checklist: responsive layouts, links, forms, speed, and accessibility.
Deliver
You get a finished, tested site ready to hand to your client — on a 14-day standard turnaround.
The details
Sprint-based project management
Every project is scoped into a single sprint with a fixed start and end date. We don't run open-ended retainers for project work — each build has a defined deliverable list, agreed before kickoff, so there's no ambiguity about what 'done' means.
SOP-driven delivery
We work from standard operating procedures for every service we offer — Webflow builds, WordPress setups, IDX integrations, SEO audits. This means the work doesn't depend on which specialist picks it up. The same checklist, the same quality bar, every time.
QA checklist process
Before anything ships, it goes through a structured QA pass: responsive behavior at three breakpoints, link and form testing, image optimization, accessibility checks (focus states, alt text, contrast), and a final page speed pass. Issues get fixed before delivery, not after.
Communication cadence
We work in your time zone overlap. Most agencies communicate with us over Slack or email, with async updates at key milestones (kickoff confirmation, midpoint check-in, QA complete, delivery). For active sprints, expect a response within US business hours.
Revision policy
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, scoped to changes within the original brief. New features or pages outside the original scope are quoted separately — this keeps timelines predictable for both of us.
14-day standard build timeline
DevHouse delivers most Standard Site builds in 14 days from kickoff to delivery, assuming content and assets are provided on schedule. Landing pages move faster. Premium builds with custom interactions or larger CMS structures may run longer — timelines are always confirmed during scoping.
